Not at all. Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you Withdraw is NOT a recommended FP...Natural FP is a totally different story. It involves strictly learning the cycle of the woman and being disciplined enough to do it just when she is not fertile. And this is not to be confused with Menstrual Cycle.

Was there an intent to withdraw or was there an intent not to withdraw? Intent is important here, if they agreed beforehand and the intent was to withdraw but wasn't able to due to other factors then he might get a small fine for" you should have known better" but if they agreed but he never intented to withdraw all along then we might have a problem because he his guilty of missrepresenting his true intent and obtaining goods under false pretenses.
