I can buy but i dont have a laptop. why dont they bring an offer of free computer and modem. there after we shall continue buying those you call buddles.

Kindly shed some light on following; 1) What is the smallest bundle I can buy after taking up the offer? 2) do I've to buy bundles every month? 3) after loading the bundle,does it expire and after how long?
