As a business person,it's very worrying :( @ Leona, no i dont work for coop or any bank. In the recent past was scb, bbk, kcb who migrated their systems and all customers complained. Not much you can do but my problem with these institutions is that they do not do enough rigorous testing(esp stress tests) before going life. Maybe its a kenyan culture.....iebc.... Bro it is live!  Coop had a system change-over and they are still struggling to sort out problems that are associated with such a process. Always operate two different banks, it helps at times like now.
