Those finger print readers look flimsy and not meant for heavy use, the laptop probably underpowered. It was hanging with every 2 or three swipes. Nevertheless, they had balloted almost every person at my polling station using that kit by the time I voted, so it is a small victory.

BVR kit at KPA polling staion not working...I suspect these iebc guys bought old laptops thus having failing CMOS batteries..
