If you have the CFA calculator can buy or rent it from you. am sitting for the June 2013 exams.

@machinani, how are you studying without a calculator? CFA is application and the sooner you get the calculator and start getting comfortable the better.

its only like 3 units that need the calc and the calc is not as important as learning the concepts.

CFA Calculator Policy

Its more than 3 units.The exam is also about speed and accuracy.Getting familiar with the calculator early on will help with this.
