Two possibilities:
1). There was legal adoption. The family will wait for demand letter from the teacher, then through their lawyer will reply with all documentation. Story kwisha. The boy will be traumatised. But what to do?

2). There was no proper adotion papers. It could have been gentleman's agreement. So DNA will be done, someone will be charged, pay the fine, and the boy who's now of age will be asked to choose his real parents and the 'thieves'

It clearly states a kid was stolen, the parents reported the matter to the police, someone was convicted of the same, at some point the community was involved in searching for the kid - whether its the same kid or not is the issue.

Another bad advice from the ever greedy lawyers (Nose pinching was another one). The "son" (over 18) may not be interested. So no gain.

One of the 48 rules of power and life: Do not get into a fight if uplifted ego is the only expected gain.

@richdad from the newspaper report this is not a case for custody; this is an application for leave to institute private criminal prosecution against Mrs. Saitoti 'for allegedly concealing a kidnapped person'. Whatever that is. So the boy's interest is irrelevant.

Theyll be shocked.The only upcountry home that boy knows Ni lavington NRB and The kitengella Ranch home hiyo ngine ya subukia in the potato farms ni ya those peasants.I promise it will be even be more bitter for them parents when the young man will dismiss them at first point.

The only people who think that life is about money are those without.

The parents have every right to look for their son. Good parents will die to protect and in this case find their kids even if they are in their 50's.

So let the "parents" both fake and imagined give this "boy" closure. Whether he moves from lavi to subukia is not the issue. I great wrong may or may not have been done.
