If you have to ask for info about these stuff in Wazua then you're not qualified to even think of studying for it.

I checked the site but infor on e-learning is abit scanty.
as for fees none of the courses shows fees charged.
was thinking that a wazuan could be pursuing the same.

have limited time to visit them physically that's why I'm looking for e-learning option.
nothing about ignorance

I don’t know what a DBA is but the Strathmore Business School MBA costs 1.4M.Brick wall They do not have an online version but have a modular one where you study for 2 full weeks every 4 months.

True. The proliferation of these universities is alarming. Very soon every village will have a university.

...Why would I pay 1.4 m for a masters in Kenya?a masters at the International Capital Markets Authority (ICMA),Henley business school is almost the same amount via distance learning and the specialization areas covers a wide range, they have real time trading tutorials for courses that have an element of dealing and trading...etc

this is a rip off.with this cash you can earn an MBA and a teaching job with a university in south africa with higher ranking than strathmore(just google webometric university RANKING south africa leads the pack in Africa).I know several kenyans teaching there.while doing my mba they really encouraged us to apply for lecturing jobs there but unfortunately teaching is not my calling for now.
DBA is Doctorate in Business adminstration.

as @ jagger puts that price is too much i knw SBA want to position themselves as the top biz school around but wako mbali kidogo they still have a lot to do,our rankings are just too discouraging and if u want to be more attractive in terms of competitiveness an overseas Masters is worth it...in terms of duration people are doing 9 months flat full time at the UK n thats an LLM,18 months part time, distance learning 24 months, top schools thats LSE,Kings college etc UON hata sisemi kitu uv seen guys who are on their 5th year and still going strong,by the time the started their classwork the longest dated govt bond waz 10 years now kuna a 30 year bond...oh plus u get exemptions (killing two birds with one stone) when ua doing professional courses from international bodies e.g GARP,CISI etc they usually dont recognise local MBAs and Msc,s...
