He knew that they strategy was to gain entry to the market , offer bullshit services and after several years sell the company to other shareholders.

Sounds good, doesn't it? Am based @ Roysambu some 9km from the CBD. So, can any other user based anywhere else tell us their experience? Actually I also daringly tried the same thing only that I was abit wary, I went for the 20/= line, called customer care and was surprised at how fast they pick their lines,infact I wouldn't mind calling them from safcom line (which I don't have). I registered the line on my modem and it did so really fast and actually got confirmation that it has registered. At this point I thought maybe due to your location (am @Kemri about 3km from CDB) you might be at a disad so I loaded 40/= and subscribed to the daily unlimited.... All I can say right now is the YU line I had alot of faith in right now is with a relative of mine to do as they please. Your ordeal should have been enough to tell me its a no go zone for your money. Am telling you! you are lucky you got atleast a fraction of your moneys worth yours literally triiiieed TRIIIEEED!! to load speedtest.net, mine as I tried it out for the first time in the first 10 minutes it reacted as if that site was a virus (completely cut me off the net until I had to revert back to my other reliable line). I won't even bother with their customer care. To be frank Orange 2g is 5 times better than YU 2g and that I say from this experience since I was originally from Orange, but this time I didn't get frustrated enough to habitually torch my oppressive line

What has killed that will to have quality of service in Kenya? because generally I see people just going for what works and not the real value benefit of goods and services. Its as if rising up and fighting for your rights is futile, why? Enyewe Essar Telecom license should be revoked immediately
