They have been implementing a new banking system for the last 18 months and it is really chewing their income. Go-Live postponed 5 times.

@Bachuma Gate;why can't they use the tried and tested T24 which has worked very well for KCB and CFC Stanbic or the Branchless Banking System bu Stanchart.
Co-op strategy should then be "They Lead we follow"

you have no idea how much T24 has made banks lose. such details never go out of the banking hall. most of these banks had to write off billions thanks to new core banking systems
