@Scar
It's always a pleasure.
Regarding your question, no, I do not deal with this.

Just curious, what worthwhile English channels can you access in Kenya.Some are in KU, while some are in C band, all of them have variety programming. This is not a complete list.

Which is the best FTA decoder available locally?While I may not know what is available locally, I can mention what is perhaps the best in the world, it is known as the "DreamBox". It is linux powered, it's got awards and has 3'd party add-ons.
Some of the add-ons are apps that probably literary puts the decoder and tv in the owners portable device. With the apps, you can control the decoder, get program information, program schedule, record shows, watch live streamed or recorded shows from anywhere in the world where you have internet access on your mobile device. Or if at home, you can stream through your lan, to a wi-fi hotspot, to your wifi-enabled mobile device, and just move anywhere around the home without missing anything.

To get a dreambox, you many need to purchase it from an international retailer who is able to ship internationally. If the retailer cannot deal with international orders, then you will need to use a parcel forwarding service.

Also, can you set up the scenario you described at a friendly fee?Sorry, I do not setup such, but you can try find a local qualified installer.
In addition to what was posted, just feel like I need to emphasize that not all FTA channels are on the KU band hence:
Quoting
"To access an FTA channel, that signal needs to reach your dish, since you are on KU, then a KU FTA needs to fall on your dish."This means that, if a satellite with FTA channels on C band has a footprint that covers your area, while your dish is a KU, you will not be able to watch the C band FTA channels, unless you also have a C band dish.
While there are decoders that can specialize for each band, most decoders can handle both.
Another popular and affordable way of handling multiple satellite reception is by using motorized kits with dishes. This provides the mechanism to allow the dish to be easily re-positioned, either manually, partially or fully automatic. All that you will need will be two dishes, one for KU, and the other for C band.
