What @1800 a plug! That's robbery!

They are genuine and you would't need to change them for 20,000kms. Depending on your driving, that could be a year of no changing plugs (as opposed to the cheaper plugs which cost 1500 a set and you have to change every 5000km). Genuine parts aren't cheap. But they increase your car's life and performance.

1800*4 = 7200/=
1500*4 = 6000/=

@McReggae ditto.
Very few people understands the basics of economy.They have been hoodwinked to think that "genuine" is cheaper in the long run...Na hiyo balance ya 1200 ni kama chupa 10 za phombe at any rocol....

@chemos you don't underastand my calculation then it seems:

Genuine: You spend 7200/= for 20,000 kms
'Fake' that works, you spend 6000/= for 20,000 kms!!!

How much fuel in %age do u save by using "original" plugs viz-a-vis "za jamii"?
U will be surprised the %age is less than unity.Then u need to drive your car like a decade for you to save like 2K.And this saving is eaten by buying a singo plug at Kes.1800 (jeez, kwani ya rocket???)
@McReggae gave us figures to ponder, you too can do better by providing figures here sio mambo na pang'ang'a tu.
Shame on you
