A friend of mine who runs an Mpesa received a call purporting to be from safaricom with some instructions, when the caller realized he was not falling for it he gave him a landline number to call back if he had any further questions.

Out of curiosity he decided to call and to his surprise the guyz have even incorporated the Automatic Voice Response identical to safaricom's, asking you to press 1.... then a lady 'agent' picks the phone.

Those guyz have taken their game a notch higher.

also got those 'mpesa' sms notifying me that i have received ksh 5000 from some guy then waited for the guy to call...
