The price range was 700,000 for a basic 3 room house without plumbing or lighting to 4.5 million for a fully functional self-contained 2 bedroom house. I could not help but think that for 4.5 million I could build a 200 Sq M house... But then again, there are special circumstances where the prefab would be the way to go.
