Kenyans need to shift their focus on what is ahead of them with this new expensive govt.
Why isn't this a topic of discussion at the national level.I remember when this idea of county gvts was first floated in a discussion in washington DC a few years ago,the plan was to have 8 counties with 8 governors basically using the provincial boundaries.No politician today thinks 47 counties is a bad idea and that is scary because non of them is serious about the fiscal health of the country.I only see Cheserem trying to give hints of how expensive its going to be but he cannot be loud enough because he has no support in that particular view
With these Mpigs dont expect anything. Cheserem was simply told to shut up. If only the private sector would hold a series of taxpayers conference on the issue. My hope is that since the duties of the Mpigs are now few then they should not get more than 120K incl allowances
