Thomson Group Limited has pieces of land located 10KM from Kitengela town along tarmac and 10KM off tarmac.An 1/8 of an acre for Kshs 280,000. The land has clean title deed, original owner is an individual and not a public utility or corporate property. The 10KM off tarmac is due to lots of meandering but when the official road will be straightened the off tarmac distance will be like 4 or 5km. Our land is next to KCA University land where they are building their first residential campus, they call it the State-Of-The-Art KCA University Kitengela Campus. You can be sure that those who will buy land here will get tarmac sooner than even the other already established estates in Kitengela because of the university, plus water, electricity, etc.

The land will be ideal for speculation, building of a residential quiet serene home, building hostels for the students, among other uses. It will be wise to buy now because immediately KCA starts construction works, the prices will go up.

HI guys,

I have 10 acres that I intend to dispose off at Isinya. The parcel is right behind the Kenya Bankers Sacco property. The area is very fertile and flower farming is now catching up with two flower farms already set up. The free hold parcel is 1Km from the tarmac. I am asking for 1.4M per acre.
