I wonder how many kenyans have a networth of 40m or more, and how many of those have a networth of 40m in good assets (assets that produce a steady income). This excludes the family home and the personal cars.

This is awkward. Does it take into consideration all the money you have ever earned since one was born?

If that be so then this 40 over 40 is so old news. It is not exciting. If all that money could be accumulated minus all the expenses one has incurred during the same period it could be well over 40 million easily.

On the other hand, what is success? money? only?

There are better things, not easily quantified.

This is a very reckless posting.....nothing to back it up, just biased opinion of the author. Wouldn't have made much difference if the poster had asked: " if you haven't robbed a bank when you are 40, then..."
