The compound, for it to be called palacial, has another four roomed modern house that was a clinic for the region. It is a madukani by itself. Other structures found in a serious farm house are built within the four acres. Think, cow shed, Mbuzi pen, Chicken house, Servants quarters and various store houses etc.
It depends on what you consider to be palatial. Gaddaffi had his tents for palatial compound.
