Did u know he had applied to join the Supreme Court and was denied? Do u know he appealed and was still denied? I have met him, and i don't have a high regard for him. Infact, i think he should be demoted for making populist judgements. Githundi if he was to be the judge for Siokamau victims and he rules that the Govt compensates most of them would that be populist too ? Just because you are a beneficiary of a populist judgement it does not make the decision less populist.

There's a new world order and the judge is it. He is a hero for making rulings against the System and for standing against Big Money.
