Maina claims that he received a book from his neighbour Karen, RAO. I do not remember the title of the book but am convinced that he has not read it. Otherwise, he looks like he has porridge in his head.

Aliar gave him the book, '48 Laws of Power' and someone else gave him 'The long walk to freedom'.
By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...

Really hate this guy. Every breath he takes is an insult to the victims of his violent history. I think he deserves whatever he fears is coming his way and more.

Maina Njenga guy failed to read the signs of times early enough to realise the future inherent danger of staying too long in the organization...

probably he thought the organisation was undismantleable and strong enough to withstand any internal aggression by the law enforcers (after all most of these policemen were members)and the fallacy was based on the number of individuals in the outfit...

his colleague in command, Ndura Waruingi, was clever enough to realise what was in store for them in future and opted out. as for maina the money was becoming sweeter and sweeter and the greed directed him towards the "grain with the string"...

there is no doubt now he is a haunted man...haunted by his past and the only way he could save his hide is getting out of Kenya...no other way, not even going back to jail..

Maina's hands are full of blood of innocent people who died at the hands of gangsters in the name of Mungiki. My village weeps everytime the name mungiki is mentioned. Our mothers and daughters were raped, forced to FGM ; our brothers forced into joining the sect while our fathers were left for dead for opposing the sect activities.

If you live by the sword, you will die by it. I do not know who wants to eliminate Maina but I believe that one day, mother nature will do justice and wipe the tears of our mothers.

Maina, you scared the hell out of us through your mungiki, we cant help but enjoy when you are scared too.

Could this be a 'suicidal' attempt by a hague suspect? Or is someone trying to fix him? My resolve to vote for PK gets a boost by the day. Im not ready for daily political drama emanating from statehouse and persistent shenanigans.

Yaaawwwn. After what his army of killers ave done in this country, even taking a statement from him is wastage of state resources. He only needs to walk around that village in Mathira to realise he's wanted by more.

like it or not maina njengas tribulations started a long time ago...infact before the 2007 general erections...he has been making some silly mistakes which he probably had sworn in the company of his former financiers never to commit...eg associating with dr bishop and the recent njenga karume's inauguration as the is-it-kikuyu-or-gema spokesman where maina threw his weight behind karume...

these actions are deadly betrayal to the people that he had sworn to always pay his allegiances to...

what to do for the jilted?? can't afford maina njenga any more for he is a poisonous liability to the set up who is ready to haemolage information at the slightest provokation and opportunity.

what to do for maina njenga...nowhere to run to but keep on hopping from here to there and running away from the unknown would be killers...

Kaiganjo-the genesis of Maina Njenga's problems is the 2002 elections where he allowed himself to bought and fully paid by politicians who were on Uhuru's side (i.e. mainly Kiambu folk). Since then, the said politicians have had mini-fallouts and come-togethers and Maina Njenga has had to flow with the current.
