Can confirm ali is right. Just heard Franklin Bett in 6 o'clock news saying that notices will be given to all on the Outering road reserve.

It seems you are both right. There is a story on the same on page 38 of the Daily Nation.

This right there is our biggest problem. I have pointed out here before that, if we all could just follow the rules then maybe we would be half way in tackling this problem Sad Pray

@ Lolest overlapping and such behaviour is not confined to eastlands

from hogging the road, to blocking you, kulala kwa barabara, hooting ovyo ovyo, to doing the finger thing etc, etc ....utapata ni toyota Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudlyLaughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

Agreed, the problem is with the Toyota Probox. Anyone buying the car must be having an IQ of a goat.

In that case, we should be buying BMW's only or the likes and we will have order in Eastlands. Woh! Don't I have a great IQ?, same level as a lizard.

Solutions (Options)
1. Raise the IQ of every driver (unlikely)
2. Check potential drivers IQ level before allowing them behind the wheel (unlikely)
3. Impose and implement penalties for rouge driving... overlapping, blocking etc (Very likely solution)

Did I hear Sonko asking whether the fellows owning structures on the road reserve will be given notices and compensated?? Yenyewe hata kama ni kutetea constituents, fellows build on road reserve and u want them compensated???

But Bett was firm in his response. No notice no compensation.

Interesting if u check the distance from the road where Avenue Park Estate and Kirima's flats are, then it is clear where the boundary is..Some clever Kenyan even built a mall next to the round about and clearly on the railway reserve..Sasa watu kama hawa watasaidiwa aje??? and we keep blaming the govt.

I was trapped in the jam 4 3hrs until 1130pm when i dcd to turn and use mombasa rd to Tassia there was no traffic that side. The major problem was goat brains of the guys who dcd to overlap and block traffic to town making sure that the donee rounda was blocked by those who should have been moving to town . Kileleshwa Arboretum to join riverside witnesses heavy traffic but there is no overlapping if u overlap and u meet oncoming traffic no one will allow u back to the lane even if it means blocking oncming traffic for hours. Yes eastlands we lack the collective responsibility of standing up against these zinjantropus who are i think 80% of us. Even littering on the road in more affluent ares like karen, yaya, muthaiga etc someone will even follow u and confront you eastland tukubali IQ and manners still down. Mambo ya Probox is true 99.98% those guys have no brains but issue ya Toyota no its just that toyota s are many Subaru drivers are worse they think its about beating everyone in speed even if it means killing pedestrians to prove their machines''imagine nilipita harrier kwa corner''
