Thanks @GenghisCapitalLtd for your response. I actually moved to u from an IB after online trading was dicontinued at that IB. I learnt later it was due to abuse by staff. I have never looked back. So I agree that online is not everything! but moving forward it (with caution) it's necessary.

What happened to my Kengen dividend for October Does anyone check to see that all your clients have received their interest? Two other close friends and fellow investors also tell me of the same predicament with you guys. One actually thinks you should work with a more organised bank if you want to excel!

@Bwenyenye. I concur with @kryptonite. Dividend payment by Kengen is a respoponsibility of Kengen and their/her "Registrar". The broker has no control.

First of all their onlie trading platform if at all it works is secure . i dnt care how many times they say you have to change passwords or such crap but as long as the login isnt HTTPS:// you shoudnt use it ...
even s.i.b issues research reports ON A DAILY AND WEEKLY BASIS ! and they are ontop of their game . their online trading sys is secure and they have an sms service that pretty much does everything ..

Noboby better NOT tell me about using d&B's online system because its INSECURE !!!!!! ( how many times can i repeat that ) ...
If you want to use it and dnt care about your username and password security go ahead ....d&b are useless. they need to be more serious with their clients money
and what about their crapy customer care ...oh boy let me not go there !
and they are also thieves

Since the topic of the thread mentions Genghis then why don't you give Genghis a chance as well. We have an online trading platform as well as an SMS service. Just like QW and guru have noted that their brokers send them reports, so do we on a daily and weekly basis not to mention that our research department was runners up in the Think Business CMA awards in 2011. We constantly want to be ahead of the curve therefore expect some bold publications from our research department. Follow us on twitter @genghiscapital to get a feel of what we offer Jamani in terms of up to date corrspondence.
