How is that technically possible? Unless they create 'blackspots' in the areas, which would mean blacking out/jamming the whole area in which ni kila mtu ataumia?

I would have preferred blocking unregistered sim's because there is another percentage of criminals not in prison also extorting and threatening wananchi.

It is what it is.I would however like to change the username (among other things) but the wazua log-in ptotocol seems to be one from mars.
