Sarah, i doubt your idea is worth the keyboard... once upon a time there was this property that was "left" to someone to "take care of" The taking caring off translated to one years poer bill unpaid, power tapping, factory type water bill, destroyed lawns to pave way for pig rearing.... i could go on. In short your idea is a HARD SELL.

@Sarah - check Lamu now - there must be at least a couple of houses that you may choose from...more will become available soon as the somalis scare away wazungu..
