What do you mean by Nairobi and its outskirts (specifically what is outskirts e.g. does Ngong, Kikuyu, Kasarani, Thindigua or Kenda count as outskirt)? Say you built 4 units on half an acre, how many would the owner get? How long do you take from signing the jv to bringing the projects to the market?
