Thanks all for those who have expressed interest, and some of you who have even gone to site. For those who say it is xpensive, God to mercy on you! It seems you can not buy 1/2ac at 50M in Runda. Expensive is relative, and I am sure I am very affordable to those who know what they want.

I suggest you leave the thread for future refference, I think it would be a good idea if people know that Wazua Property/Ideas Exchange has actually borne a variety of tangible monetary benefits. Am just crying in whispers that these kinds of properties are leaving me for lack of ready cash.Sad

Veteran - sometimes I fail to know what what is your motivation behind being sarcastic in most of your threads. Is it your hobby? If I have sold the parcel, why dont I inform hon members so as to avoid calling my agent all the times. Anyway, its ok with me

How much was this land cos I cannot seem to find the original post .Cos right now Ngoliba land is going for between 400-650 k per eighth.Enyewe land in Kenya ...

1 or 2km away from the tarmac, land is much much cheaper n they sell by the acre. Don't buy from briefcase broker companies
