@ mypesa it recently happened to me with EB.. i withdrew 10k,got a receipt & my atm card but didnt get the cash... waited at the atm for a while (approx. 30 mins) just incase another customer showed up but unfortunately none came... when i reported the matter to my bank the following day... at first they claimed that i had taken the cash but later they confirmed from their cctv that the next customer did take my cash... they told me that they would ask the lady customer to return the cash but their efforts were futile... eventually,they credited my account with 10k and i guess they footed that expense... if you are sure you didnt take the cash,and that you did enough to make sure that your cash did not go with the next customer,you definitely have a case and i beseech you not to give up... you've heard me..

me had the same problem in 2005 in consolidated bank koinange branch ATM. it was on a friday and was withdrawing 15k.the damn machine gave me a receipt and my card and suprisingly they had debited my account with 15k. On monday...I went there explained and was told I wait they finish the reconcillations and check CCTV camera.On tuesday..was told that they cant do anything coz there was no balance an indication I had withdrawn the money.I went to branch managers office and was of no assistant. Wedesday,a was to travel and came back thursday nite..Friday headed to the bank...the thugs had not credited my account.I went straight to 7th floor and requested to talk to the CEO.I was told he was in a meeting and instead Operations manager came. my friend.......I was jumping over the tables and threatened to call the media.I told them if it was a plan to con people it must come to an end. I caused a scene the whole floor and after 30min.....money was in my account. Disclaimer : This is my opinion and not a recommendation.

Did you check your balance? Maybe the transaction never went through but if it did,they will reverse it. Happened to me but the screen didn't go off - the ATM crashed just before spitting the cash,called my bank and they reversed it. ili iwe funzo...
