You may want to know that @Djinn is one of the most respected members of this forum.... and in this forum, we respect each other's opinions. you may also actually want to know that @Djinn has been such a big supporter of Airtel all along... and you would even have picked that from his first sentence on the original post.... now, if you feel airtel is that good, you shouldn't be attacking @Djinn, you should be trying to understand why he has changed his stand... he might have genuine complaints. Complaints are not entirely bad for an organisation. Infact, they are the ones that build an organisation especially coming from diehard customers. However, if for some reason you are their PR specialist, then Airtel is doing so well that the sky is the limit...... before they blow themselves up!
