Let's not rush into conclusions, let's give the management and directors time to explain and if we don't like it we can easily mobilise from here and vitAngel the move in the upcoming AGM. Ama?

BBI will solve it

Iam yet to establish how effective wazua is and whether it can get enough crowd to shoot down the same although i know when money is mentioned everybody in the agm will act positively its not like politics.

JIS is already in the top 10 shareholders of KK as the managing trustee of KK's first ESOP, so this matter is a done deal.

mmmmmmmmHhhhh. its definitely no joke :

but look at from the bright side ESOP are very effective in 'locking' employee's hardwork and thus this will turn into goood results in the future..

If the AGM is on 30th, when do they get to explain? I think we should debate this further and decide whether its a good or bad thing. Once we either attend and vote in person Or send our proxy forms to a wazuan who's sure they're attending the AGM. I wonder what the weight of like minded wazuans shares would amount to.

I'm seeing the possibilty of the prices moving south. Segman ni mjanja, he first excited the market with good results and a good div payout(i think with the expectations of a rally)knowing that he had another material info in hand and gave it out a week later. Actually IMHO it should have been vice versa for me.
I don't trust the man. He's going to be more powerful after this coz of the controlling stake "they'll" have through ESOP.

KenolKobil is very good in posting such news on their website. How comes there is nothing on this issue?

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

I suspect that the reason there is no reaction in the share price with these potentially adverse news for current shareholders, is that this story has not yet been reported on in the mainstream press. Or has someone seen it anywhere yet? Trust BD not to report when and what you expect.

On the other hand, the price was actually fairly low so perhaps even after fully diluting the earnings with the new shares, some may feel that the price is still OK.
