Is it really.........the better option??? My two 'better options' sim cards had their data bundles expiry dates reached , one with about 250 MB and the other one with 400 MB and unbelievably the balances went to zero. Actually what bothers me most is that on the expiry date of one of the data bundle days, it could not browse i.e it kept disconnecting me. I think this is totally UNFAIR on the part of this 'better option network'

>> safaricom is taking thisMNP the wrong way

safaricm is already a winner, and if people had chosen to stay in other networks, it is because they had made a choice to

however, most peole in safaricom are in because the services they get from safaricom

instead of spending a lot enticing people from other networks to migrate to saf, why not consolidate first, reward the loyal customers, make them feel valued.

But with presents and bouquets being dished to hoppers generously, this hopping busines might be profitable...and there will be a migration to airtel in droves, they call cheaply for two months, then troop back to safaricom and get free minutes and stuff.

Think up something....besides mpesa, give the customers a reason to stick with niko na....
