I called them after receiving the email and they said it's ALL accounts and not just online.
You MUST fill the form if you need to trade.

I do and highly agree with most of you,that DnB may be in for some thing. I dont get the reason of De-activating my a/c since I have not traded in three months. I call it intimidation of the highest degree,playing with the psychology of the investors,plus provoking their feelings. The message? Trade atleast once per three months,coz,otherwise,who will wait for a whole 24hrs,to get re-activation when one has eyed a JACKPOT? 24 hrs guys is alot of time. Lets look behind the curtains.

Kindly note that effective 24th of August 2009,all accounts that had been dormant for more than three months were automatically deactivated for risk management purposes...

I cant spot the word online on the above extract,clearly small time investors who have a long term view will not benefit from this,and i agree totally..... 24 hours can make or break you...
