And as we take this as a joke, just yesterday we lost a friend at his prime when his family needs him the most because of stroke!!

Guys this thing is a serious problem with the middle aged. There is too much pressure going around na inapita na wengi sana. You want to be the best employee, you want the largest TV screen, The biggest SUV,The fliest chic/ jamaa, you want to be the coolest guy, you want to build a block of flats, live in Karen, unataka sijui ninio ila siku/usiku .... Boss, utakufa bure

Living in fear isn't the best but on default i always substitute caution for paranoia. Bottom line, we r living to die. Howevr, I have come to the conclusion that we of the capital tend to think ourselves imortal with our lofty longterm wealth plans.
