All this tribal nonsense does the protagonists more harm than good. Its like fighting over a cow while the thief is milking it. Ali was a Kenyan Somali( I stand to be corrected) did it stop people from complaining? The enemy in Kenya is not,can never be tribe...... Get busy finding it......and the solution as well..

kenya is a nation of 42 tribes. If PNU continues exclusion politics then u can be sure they are handing victory to their competitors on a silver platter.why?these rivals will go around the country like they did in 2007 using such statistics&info to tell other tribes that GEMA has a monopoly on all important affairs of this nation.Sad but true!

Apparently,I saw this even before even Mutahi Ngunyi. He has now written an article implying the same. Those of you critisizing me are like the ostrinch with it's head in a hole, not seeing what is around it.

Exerpt from Mutahi Ngunyi's article....

One,we have a coalition government – at least on paper. If this is true, why is it that almost all security apparatus are controlled by GEMA? These include the Provincial Administration,NSIS,CID,Administration Police (AP) and now the Regular Police. Why is this important to the regime? And what will happen to the armed forces, given that the Chief of General Staff is retiring soon?

When you look at the hierarchy, chances of GEMA’s control of the forces are high. But will it happen? If it does,is it wise? Or is there a non-civilian scheme in the offing here?

There is nothing new here. Mutahi has written about this over and over again in the last one year until it has become boring. Anyone saying otherwise does not simply read the column regularly. Every other Sunday he has repeatedly interrogated the questions of who controls the security forces, the expansion of the Admin Police and the creation of new districts in the context of 2012 (see for example Sunday Nation,15th August 2009). In fact it is the person who started this post who should have had the intellectual honesty to acknowledge Mutahi!!!
