I believe wealthy is above 10m in liquid assets. Rich is below

Let me plead that we stick to rich and wealthy in terms of financial resources. I may be "happy" but my wife or kids are unhappy, am i still rich?, health?, you really have no much control as to whether a car, cancer, Parkinson's, Alzheimer hits you or not, this is more like an issue to pray about than to discuss here.

I think a rich person can afford the general conveniences and niceties life has to offer. He still however worries about his financial security. He cannot stop working at any instance guaranteed of financial security. They tend to flaunt their money though. In Kenya, this people would be found having a net worth about 15-200mill

A wealthy man does not worry about his financial security as he has accumulated enough resources to live as he pleases. They tend to be reserved and very secretive about their resources. He will drive what pleases him, wear what he likes, buy what he likes, at times appears frugile he feels no pressure to prove or show he has money. I estimate you find them at a net worth above 500mill in Kenya

imho, if u are happy, u are wealthy. Tangible stuff would amount to rich (houses, cars and all that jazz), intangible and stuff u really can't amass = wealth (health, happiness, knowledge, comfort, etc etc)
