If you have a KEBS approved inspection report from Japan I.e JEVIC, QISJ then you don't need any other inspection

I have "CERTIFICATE OF ROAD-WORTHINESS KS1515:2000" issued by AUTOtERMINAL.

You needed to have applied for IDF immediately you received the documents, but not to worry. Talk to your clearing agent and send him an electronic copy of your documents, namely the invoice, inspection certificate, PIN number and ID copy. He can apply for IDF over the weekend and then you pay first thing Monday. Then begin your clearing process

In addition to IDF, Import duty, Excise duty and VAT I paid 15,445/= for registration of my van and since it's a commercial vehicle it had to be inspected(kwa shimo!!!) by a MV inspector and advance tax must be paid also.

Assuming you're inquiring about tippers from 18 to 32 tons.
It is almost impossible to get an Isuzu tipper.... Unless a previously used one was imported into the UK.
For UK Isuzu (NQR) and Mitsubishi (Canter/Fuso) trucks are limited to 7.5tons or slightly more.

The 'preferred' large tippers available are Mercedes, Scania, MAN, Hino, Volvo.
