For the last couple of trading days, the share hasn't closed below 13 bob as it appears there is considerable demand at that price level. But seems as if the people who bought at 6 to 7 bob want out, which is what is stopping the share from breaking 14.

As i said yesterday, heavy volumes usually signify a turning point. Upwards. Or downwards. Ata Ksh12 is not out of bounds...

Waithaka, true. But I think Unga's decline is because of the general downward trend of the market

Unga is definitely just following the market trend both upwards and downwards... So buying unga is like buying the NSE index..

12.80 - 13 was the resistance and support is all the way down to 11.50. Below there last support is 10.50. A strong break of that level won't be very nice.Sad The current pullback is good for resetting overbought levels and shaking out the weak buyers smile
The NSE and NASI indices too were overbought, so a cool off is expected. It's clearly shown on the technicals indicators like RSI and the slow stochastics oscillator that the market needs consolidate gains after a sharp 5%+ rally in a short bust. Instead of looking at the pullback, look for bargains at the counters that didn't rally during this period for the next rotational rally. I like KCB since some broker or is it anexpert said it's a sell smile Bull markets like to climb what is called a wall of worry like NSE and other emerging markets, while bears prefer the slope of hope like the Dow, S&P and most of the G8 nation markets smile

Quite interesting how the global markets tells the investors what direction to head to soon...

Ngai...!!!

The 'break-outs' & 'resistance' levels and all this gobbledygook...

I would rather stick with my assumptions on the performance of these firms...

Unga... I am convinced they did well in 2009-10 & will do OK in 2010-11...

Huge spread though. I'd like to see it close over 14 for a few nights before I start counting unreleased gains

Was delighted to see Unga at 13.60, only to see the paltry volume of 100.

Yeah. I'm seeing single trades of huge volumes not even seen in 'bigger' counters
