You can never be sure of anything other than death&taxes! Those who bought UAP will agree with me that we thought they would have listed by now. We are still not sure when they(UAP) are listing.

You normally pay invest what you can lose.. or I do. But its good to know I could get the given percentage worth of shares in 3months..

This is a good FD forever till listing. You will agree with me if you reinvest the 9% over time this will look very interesting for you in the future

The info I got from Kiria-ini branch on 19th Dec is that they now have over 1.5 Bn in share capital. No info on closure of reg was availed though.

Been buying since 2012. Bought my last installment for this year today at Kasarani branch. Hope they give us more time to add more next year...

I assumed a 20%-35% payout ratio...

As long as you get in before 31st Dec you are entitled to full dividends!

UNAITAS has been paying pro-rated dividends for as long. as i can remember.
I don't see this changing this year.
