KCB sent out sms informing customers that your account has been changed to a pay as you go account with no interest.
All banks were doing that.If equity never did that is arrogancy

Equity is more arrogant than Moses Luria: They doubled over the counter transaction charges without communication,they started charging account-account funds transfers and never advise the customers,they will charge you for withdrawing from a foreign currency from your foreign currency account(on top of normal charges) without informing u(they call it cash handling charges). They will charge(on top of normal charges) u for withdrawing from a branch that is not 'yours' again no telling you. Very nauseating.
Guess u only deal with them where u have no other option
