Berba's first hatrick for United jana, the boy is a football genius, the 2nd goal something to behold!!!!

I agree with TAZ on Chelski starting their season next week!!!!

conos....have you checked the EPL table of late?

Chelsea 15 points with a goal diff of 20
Arsenal 11 points with GD 10
Man Utd 11 points with GD 7

Its almost impossible for Man Utd and Arsenal to lose against West Brom and the likes but we do expect Chelsea to drop points against Everton, Blackburn & Liverpool....Last time Chelsea played Man City they were hammered 4 something.

Its still very early in the season to start getting worried over Chelsea's performance against small teams. The league will take shape in February.

2Taz, if chelsea has taken so all the points from these teams, will the rest (Arsenal, ManU-re), take the same points off them, not forgetting the number of goals!!

@Nostoppingthis.....Chelsea beat Blackpool 4-0 while Arsenal thrashed them 6-0 so yes i do think both Man Utd and Arsenal have what it takes to match Chelsea's goal difference.

The season's still early. But a loss for chelsea at mancity will provide a chance of Arsenal and Man-u to move to within a point. That's pressure that they will want to avoid after the one-point finish last year.Man-city also did the double last year and the blue boys will want to avenge that. In addition, man-city have tried to gel but I dont think the camp is all glued up. So the opportunity is there but there is a certain Joe hart in goal...I would guess 2-1 to chelsea.

Next game against Arsenal is an obvious one. Its at home and on one side will be a physical team and on the other a light team. I agree with @Taz the defence is pretty okey save for Almunia. But the rest isnt in very good shape. Sunderland proved that. Chelsea's midfield wont give arsenal the time and space on the ball. I expect a Drogba goal to settle this.

At this point Villa are non-starters. That will be three points in the bag.

Meanwhile...Arsenal face Spurs in the carling cup kesho. And its a derby.

Winston....The thing about Man City is that they struggle against small teams but when they always impress against the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal & Man Utd.

@ Conos....Fabregas is out for two weeks, he should be available for the Chelsea game. Our next game is against West Brom at home, surely you don't really expect us to drop points.

@Taz...i agree. But its time Chelsea changed the Mancity thing of playing the top four as if it is two world cup finals in one. But am still optimistic that we shall carry the day.

Berbatov played well for man-u. At least that covered up for the AWOL called Rooney.

Sad for Cesc. And Wenger has picked up a touchline ban for one game. Westbrom should be a breeze for arsenal

Beautiful game that......They say joga bonito?.....but the rate at which arsenal is losing players to injuries is alarming.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.
