stupid men, turning back sick patients just because they were leveling a dirt road, and they have been there forever, just leveling dirt, this is a crap government.
come 2017 the guys will be singing sycophantic songs for their tribal lords. sad I drove there to see a doctor friend of mine last Dec. It was a shocker! It's just few kms and where is kabogo? Garment? Crap! The doctors there are really frustrated and of course the patients. i.am.back!!!!
