77% Subscription is impresive considering recent Kenyan offers, but wanjiku (retail) declining to take her stake talks volume. It's easy for investors to get emotional and prejudiced when trading, but computers don't

25 by end year? you must be dreaming. With a projected Earnings per share of 1.25 at best for fy 2011/2012, considering the profit warning. Are you trying to say KQ will trade at a trailing PE 25/1.25 of 20? The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Its good for all of you to sober up and note a comment by a Ceo of a major US airline who said that,"airlines are a good place to work and earn salaries but never a good place to invest your money...".I can't touch KQ,but again that is me....
Etihad set to buy Kenya Airways http://www.nation.co.ke/.../-/dvbt9iz/-/index.html
Not set to buy kenya airways, but to a acquire a stake in Air france-KLM(the largest KQ shareholder) "It is not yet clear if the deal will have any significant change on the current board members of Kenya Airways and its partners" I hope one guy is kicked out, then get one who owns what he manages. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself
