I'm for people who fight for their rights instead of going with the status quo. If we allow people who helped build our companies too be fired hub-hazardly like this what tells you that we will be able to grow our businesses or build confidence in employees? It's no we get terrible service wherever we go. I visited KK Valley Arcade and I can tell you I'm not going back to that station again. Whatever is happening up in KK is best experienced downstream. Go fuel there and you'll understand.
As for the interest rates, do you know the developed nations would collapse if they are charged the kind of interests we're charged? Are you happy with the amount of interest your bank pays you for your savings? Why should we encourage these practices that only result to a poorer nation?
As Cde says, pay them off well and part ways happily.
