Main problem on the court matters is that the primary commodity by extension that is sold by HF is land. And we all know what land matters in Kenya entail

Im my understanding, HF is solid but Britam, the major shareholder has a problem. That is how bailout comes in. Sell treasured asset to survive as an entity.

Oooh! I now get the point what you meant by loose sense. The so called IFC entry into HFCK does not affect the mortgage provider.
