Police also say his car was not captured on the CCTV footage from Fourways Junction that they have reviewed.

“Based on his mobile phone records and his car-tracking device, he (Karue) was in Ngong on the day of the murder and left at 9pm, when he drove back to Roysambu. He was never at Fourways Junction,” said a detective.

Yesterday, Mr Obed Kiio, the DCIO at the Juja Police Station, where the matter is being investigated, told the Nation that call data obtained from Safaricom indicated that Mr Karue was “not anywhere near the scene”.

Last Friday, the detectives, led by Mr Kiio and accompanied by Mr Karue, conducted a “field investigation”.

A detective explained that it involved combing the areas of interest, including corroborating evidence from people Mr Karue said he was with in Ngong that day.

CCTV footage taken from Fourways Junction shows Ms Kamangara and Ms Mungai entering the estate at 6:24pm in the former’s car, a white Mercedes Benz saloon. The estate gate is manned by security guards 24 hours a day, and all visitors are required to notify their hosts or register their names and leave an identification document.

But the car left the estate at 21:57 with one occupant, a woman detectives believe was Ms Mungai.

Then, at about 11pm, police said, she returned to the estate in a different car.

Bulls**t on stilts. Since when did cops publicly whitewash a suspect like this.Shame on you Shame on you This is now a lost case.

These days police provide alibis for suspects!

In his slyness, he forgets kikulacho ki nguoni mwako. There is no way his mpango will face the noose while the guy walks, if at all he was involved. She will spill the beans.
Life is short. Live passionately.

The initial story didn't add up from the word go!
In this age of mobile telephony how would a man be found in mpango's house by the wife accompanied by mpango?

Just like that ta gitono? Go tell it to the birds. I don't know if Kori is guilty or not but no way he was in that house.

Let the detectives conclude their investigations. In the meantime he's presumed innocent until found guilty.

Being annoyed with someone doesn't necessarily mean they are guilty. It's perfectly ok to be annoyed with an innocent person

@hardwood, if you to go the KNBS statistics on breakdown of crimes by provinces you will find that Nairobians have a low tolerance for murderers. For a population of 3m+ the highest no. of homicides reported to police station was 209 in year 2012 lowest 134 in year 2008. In contrast Rift valley had like 595, Nyanza 588, Central 444, coast 386 reported cases.

This kind of ushenzi we don't tolerate...hiyo mambo ya presumption of innocence peleka hukoooo

A 38-year-old man on Wednesday hacked his father to death before chopping his body into pieces in Silanga in Ol Kalou Constituency, Nyandarua County.

After the incident, the suspect went Silanga market where he confessed to his friends that he had killed his 63- year-old father for refusing to give him Sh6,000.

“My father tried to slap me when I demanded money from him. He said I was lazy and useless, (so) I attacked him to teach him a lesson,” the suspect reportedly told his neighbours.

“I do not regret my action, after all, he is dead. I used a jembe to kill him then sliced him into pieces,” he added.

This case.
The baby's car seat, clothes, blanket recovered in some thicket thanks to the taxi driver lead.
Wangui called and instructed him to carry the body
Murder weapon might have been a pressure cooker.Eh?

It burst on her head?

Men please men. I am a man.....Please....Just leave your woman if you don't like her. It's not hard. Just use Baratang's tenant systems.

Why kill someone? Why why why? Surely what for?

Stick to your woman. If you can't. Leave. It would have been cheaper for the guy to move to a place like Malindi and move on.

I agree with BigChick kabisa. The gashungwa would not have done this without the express instructions from the guy. Gashungwas I have seen are very nice people. They know limits. They test them then it's for you as the man to prove their theory wrong.

This guy did it. The gashungwa was stupid enough to follow up with it.

The fact that he was pretending to cry in court makes me think. He is going to get away with it. Probably planned it for a long time.

Which also means, he has another newer gashungwa somewhere. I promise you, there's another new one. After all, taking two women to Singapore is not as cheap as minus two women in one stroke. Cops, look at the first woman who says she's still in love.

Relook this case.
