I have no issue with their expansion plans.. it is the cost at which they expand that concerns me.. they seem to work like Yu and Zain...selling below cost. that is NOT prudent. Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

User is for watu wa tabia mbaya mbaya. Other ranks like 'Chief' which @ProverB should get are assigned by Madam Admin unilaterally when she is bored!!! Never count on making a good sale.
