Mwilu the DCJ has been carrying out money laundering activities using her office. Period!!!

The Money Laundering Cowgirl

Seriously even an illiterate would definitely detect a money laundering pattern from the paper trails....

How on earth does a bank give out an kshs 80 million loan to a person having no account with the bank??? yaani giving a loan to a "stranger"???
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

She moved 320m in suspicious transactions which detectives call money laundering. She's finished.

One is left to wonder, was the closure of Imperial Bank in 2016 a source of bitterness for the DCJ during the Presidential Petition?

Court of public opinion quality. Now let us wait for the legal team to do their work - both sides.

She could win legally but she can't win morally. A judge just like Caesars wife should be beyond reproach. So either way she is finished.

Remember Kakethi's case and many more. She was judged, convicted and jailed in public opinion. Lakini reality was very different.

Kwanza that paper trail is going to make it much more difficult for the prosecution to prove their case.

Its called cleaning the cash. No legit transactions but just moving cash to wash and clean it. Looks like Imperial was the laundry for such
