Centum taps two new executives to spearhead expansionWhich companies rewards people for giving workable ideas in Kenya?
Any or None?
Do Kenyans send ideas to companies and in future see the same ideas implemented though nothing was given to them?
What is the best way forward even on the Government side to say thanks for workable vague ideas that can be polished and implemented?
Is there any written role that percievers can get rewards and not claim ownership if they want to?
If an idea is polished and placed for sale and is very feasible, then I would say that merit ownership like the M-pesa thing a guy in UK brought to Kenyan company Safaricom. A poor Kenyan in Kibera will not want that much but while scratching through debris he may raise an idea and can seek a certain company to "TRY" to implement it. The sought company can polish the idea and implement it once in a life and ought to "Reward" for the same as a "Thanks".
This happens in UK and we have seen the Queen recognise individuals.
Can Kenya come up and do the same. Remember the design of "Kasuku fat" packaging was inverted at beginning and someone suggested to them that it was difficult to scoop the fat at the bottom edges. After redesign sales went up and Kasuku can had many uses making consumers opt for the cooking fat to own the fat and container!!
