Kes 1m tops. African Express used to have some shells-no idea if they sold them/are willing to sell them

KCAA can authorise Jambo to operate cargo as long as the cargo can fit on a passenger seat and is strapped Ethiopian are operating that way at the moment with their widebodies. Containers in the belly and small weights on seats

Yes. It can be done with almost every aircraft type. Austrian recently used a B777-200 to ferry medical supplies from China.

Flydubai using several B737-800 to ferry cargo with seats not even removed. KQ need to do this with their B737-800 but do not think there is anyone who can go the extra mile in the management team.

So many other airlines are utilising their idle fleet for cargo right now.

#2 point is not necessary in the middle of the crisis . Higher wings,more engine power and more fuel capacity do not matter. What is relevant is weight capacity of the carrier. A passenger plane can carry cargo as long as is within its weight limit.
