The IEBC seems to be part of the executive and that is why the court found most of their actions illegal and irregular.They have contradicted most of their internal processes to appease the executive.They have not even met the quorum which now opens up all the by elections the 3 commissioners have conducted. The judgement from CoA will be delivered on the 20th August. The deadline for changing the constituencies is 9th August and therefore this thing is as dead as dodo.
