Muriel do you also realize that you are contributing to @Washiku's abuse and molestation?

smile Trust the aliens to spin things!!!!

Swenani, unlike the priest on the way to Jericho, far be it from me to leave a wounded Washiku helpless & unconscious on the ground after a merciless and ruthless one-sided beating by robbers.

Laughing out loudly , and the Samaritan on the way to the inn could not help but throw a few reprimands (all well intentioned) to the injured man's folly on his falling into a thugs trap.

Nakujua,

Some medications, treatments, methylated spirits etc do sting, yes.

Hapo sawa, but to make the sting worthwhile, more ought to be done in showing the helpless Washiku the alternative safer route or teaching him the maneuvers needed on the dangerous road - priest Swenani should take the lead now that there is a need to redeem himself after passing on the other side. smile

You too nakujua used the same route as me
If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

I am glad they ran. It created awareness. Though I didn't attend, i was able to go to the website and donate. Many more will or have already done it. I also saw some mobile clinics have been dispatched to various places. I say if the cause will save a life, it's a worthy cause even if it's just 1 life.

That said, the Ministry of health need to pull up their socks. Governors too in respective counties in matters healthcare.

I am hoping that next year would be more fun and interesting. I will be joining for the next race and will have a training program for half marathon. Running is not a simple thing because it needs endurance and strength. One should be prepared mentally and physically so that you body will not be exhausted during the race.

Did you keep your promise? If yes, how was the experience?
