The city kanjo has a whole department with hundreds of workers on the payroll whose job is to maintain drainage systems. Why use an extra 50m for them to do what they are employed to do? Also how was the figure of 50m arrived at? Were any studies done? This is just a move to siphon 50m of our taxes.
